How to use: Every other day initally before increasing to daily use. Lather and leave on skin before rinsing (singing loudly while you wait is optional but we recommend it) . If treating back blemishes: After shampooing, tie up long hair and thoroughly rinse your back before using your bar. Please keep dry when not in use (no one likes a soggy bottom).
